Our initial staging package
While each home’s stage setting will vary depending on the size, layout, and unique characteristics, our initial staging package includes these highlighted spaces:

These main living spaces are the heartbeat of your home and the areas that buyers will be most invested in during their decision-making. If you would like to feature any additional spaces these can be added at additional cost.
The Staging Process

Walk Through
Preview the property - take measurements, photos, and go over your budget and design objectives.

Proposal
Our design team provides a staging proposal customized to fit your needs, including furnishings, pricing + timeline.

Staging
Our design team and moving crew install all furniture and accessories delivering a curated design in just 1-2 days.

Removal
Staging removals are scheduled upon acceptance of an offer. We bring in our own moving team to remove the furniture before your close of escrow.
