Signature Staging (“we,” “us”) operates signaturestagingsd.com and related staging sites. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, request a quote, or ask for a consultation.
Quote and inquiry forms may collect your name, email, phone, property address, square footage, rooms requested, role (seller or agent), and any notes you type. We use that information to price a stage, follow up, and schedule work. Forms are processed by Formspree on our behalf.
The Active Stagings page loads listing data from a published Google Sheet. That request happens in your browser and does not send your personal form data to the sheet.
We use it to respond to you, deliver staging services, improve the site, and (where you have not opted out of ads cookies) measure campaigns. We do not sell your contact information.
We share data with vendors who run the site and forms (Cloudflare, Formspree, Google, Meta) and with team members who need it to do the job. We may disclose information if required by law.
Inquiry records are kept as long as we need them for the project or a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.
You can email office@signaturestagingsd.com to ask what we have on file, correct it, or request deletion, subject to legal or operational needs. You can also use browser controls for analytics and ad cookies.
This site is for adults arranging home staging. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
